Hello People,
My book is finally here. The first time that everything has been in
one place. I'm very lucky. Thanks to Aaron Rose for making it happen,
to Colleen Corcoran for doing such a good job putting it together, to
everyone at Daminiani for doing such a great job with the printing,
and to the crew at DAP for getting it out to the world!

BAGHDAD — An Iraqi journalist who gained widespread acclaim throughout the Arab world for hurling his shoes at President Bush during a visit here in December was sentenced to three years in jail by a court on Thursday.
The journalist, Muntader al-Zaidi, had pleaded not guilty, saying at a hearing last month that he was overcome by passion because of the suffering of the people of Iraq.
“In that moment, I saw nothing but Bush, and I felt the blood of the innocents flowing under his feet while he was smiling that smile,” he said at the hearing. -The New York Times

Does Your Soul Have A Cold will be available for dowload from iTunes starting July 7th. It is a documentary that looks at how the concept of depression and the use of anti-depressants have just recently been introduced in Japan. This new awareness has largely come about from Western pharmaceutical companies' advertising.

"The world is our consciousness, and it surrounds us. There are more things in mind, in the imagination than "you" can keep track of - thoughts, memories, images, angers, delights, rise unbidden. The depths of mind, the unconscious, are our inner wilderness areas, and that is where a bobcat is right now. I do not mean personal bobcats in personal psyches, but the bobcat that roams from dream to dream. The conscious agenda-planning ego occupies a very tiny territory, a little cubicle somewhere near the gate, keeping track of some of what goes in and out (and sometimes making expansionistic plots), and the rest takes care of itself. The body is, so to speak, in the mind. They are both wild. "
